Shipping

We're as excited to send your order as you are to receive it, so we'll do everything we can to ship it within 1-3 business days of the order date. During busy holidays or promotional periods, this period may be extended. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as the package is on its way to you. Transit time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

We currently offer UPS Ground shipping only. Shipping rates are tiered based on the total weight of an order. A $25 shipping rate will be charged for all Items considered oversized. If you need something urgently, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to arrange expedited service.

The one exception to the above applies to products fulfilled through one of our partners, Powered by People. Shipping for these items is currently set at $12, regardless of weight or destination. 

In the face of rising costs across the board, we will continue to do everything we can to keep shipping costs at an absolute minimum for our customers. 


Return Policy

Ultimately, your happiness is our primary goal. We sincerely hope you'll love your purchase from Over Yonder and treasure it for years to come.

In the case that you're not fully satisfied, please note that we have distinct return policies for in-store and online purchases:

- In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and original packaging, if applicable, and presented with with the receipt or original payment method. 

- Online purchases with in-store pick-up follow the same policy as in-store purchases.

- Online purchases with shipping may be returned for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery, as verified by the courier, and received in their original condition and packaging (if applicable). A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that some items are final sale regardless of where they are purchased. This includes gift cards, greeting cards, jewelry, and candles/scented items. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for these items. Additionally, any merchandise discounted through special promotion is final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, log in to your customer account here and follow the provided instructions. We'll review your request and, when approved, issue a return shipping label via email.

Take extra care when returning fragile goods, as we do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods. Also be sure to bring the package to the carrier within 14 days of the package's original delivery date to avoid a violation of our return policy and jeopardize your refund.

All returns will be inspected and processed within 2 to 3 business days of delivery. Refund of the item/s cost and taxes are credited to the original form of payment, less $15 for return shipping. The original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable. Customers will be notified via email when the refund or store credit has been issued. Please allow at least 5 business days for a refund to post to your account.
